Thoma Bravo-backed BlueMatrix agrees to buy Aiera to pipe Wall Street research into AI tools

Aiera was funded by a consortium of ten big research providers that wanted control over how AI systems use their reports. It is now being sold to the company that many of them already use to publish those reports.
