Salesforce agrees to buy AI analytics startup Loops for Tableau, in a deal reported at $30 million

Salesforce will fold Loops, a six-year-old Israeli startup that raised $14 million in a single seed round, into Tableau, betting that analytics software should explain why a business metric moved rather than just chart it.
