Prosperum Fintech Holdings (PFH), a Chicago holding company that owns technology businesses for individual investors, has acquired Yellow Tunnel, a platform that uses algorithms to generate stock and options trade ideas for retail traders. The deal was reported by FinTech Global on October 7, 2026, and by deal trackers from October 6.

Financial terms were not disclosed.

PFH plans to combine Yellow Tunnel with Option Hotline, an options research service it already owns. The two will form the core of a new product called the Investor Terminal, which PFH describes as the flagship of its investment technology business. Existing customers of both services keep their access while the technology and teams are merged.

What Yellow Tunnel built

Yellow Tunnel sells AI-generated market analysis, stock screening and trade discovery to self-directed investors. Its website offers paid memberships with weekly stock and options trade recommendations, a live trading room with daily recordings, weekly market-plan videos, a newsletter on market events, and a training library that explains why the algorithm makes its picks.

Chief executive Vlad Karpel describes himself on the site as a data scientist who spent the past 20 years building and refining the trading algorithm behind the platform. The site also offers trading-psychology coaching from Dr. Andrew Menaker, a clinical psychologist and performance coach for traders, and says the trading service Tradespoon is an affiliate that uses the same algorithms and technology.

Yellow Tunnel has claimed that its signals averaged over 75% accuracy in live trading accounts, according to Briefglance. That figure is the company's own and has not been independently verified. The website states that Yellow Tunnel is not a registered investment adviser or broker-dealer and that Karpel and his team may trade the same securities they pick.

Why PFH is buying

PFH invests in and builds technology businesses focused on investing, financial education and wealth creation. Its stated strategy is to bring together complementary fintech businesses and use AI to help individual investors in complex markets, offering research and decision tools that have mostly been available to institutions.

Option Hotline, the business Yellow Tunnel will be combined with, provides options research, market commentary, trading alerts and educational content, and brings an existing subscriber base. PFH chief executive Jim Swartwout said the deal advanced the company's aim of building category-leading fintech businesses that use AI for investors.

Karpel said joining PFH would let Yellow Tunnel speed up product development, add AI features and give its users a wider set of investing tools, education and market insights.

What the Investor Terminal will offer

PFH said the combined platform is expected to include AI-driven discovery of stock and options opportunities, market intelligence and analytics, trade research, investor education and training, community discussion, and tools to support portfolio decisions. The company said it will focus on expanding the product roadmap, adding AI features and investing in its retail investor community.

No launch date for the Investor Terminal was given.

Funding and ownership

No outside funding rounds or investors have been reported for Yellow Tunnel, and neither company disclosed its revenue, subscriber numbers or headcount. Deal tracker Fundz lists both PFH and Yellow Tunnel as privately held.

The purchase fits a wider pattern of consolidation in retail investing tools, where research newsletters, options screeners and charting products are being rolled into single subscription services, Briefglance noted in its analysis of the deal.

Briefglance put the deal in the context of retail investors seeking cheaper alternatives to the Bloomberg Terminal, which it said costs roughly $24,240 per user per year, and estimated that about 30% of US retail investors now use some form of AI tool for investment decisions. It also noted that the value of such AI trading platforms has yet to be proven in real-world trading.
