Beehive takes majority control of Saudi debt crowdfunding platform Themar

The Dubai SME lender, which had worked in Saudi Arabia through bank partnerships since 2020, now owns a platform licensed by the Saudi Central Bank and says it is the first digital SME financing platform regulated in the UAE, Oman and Saudi Arabia.
