IonQ agrees to buy zero-trust security startup Elisity in all-stock deal worth up to $1.3 billion

The quantum computing company is paying entirely in its own shares for a network security business that raised about $72 million, and $150 million of the headline price depends on Elisity hitting performance targets after the deal closes.
