Citation Group acquires London payroll startup PayCaptain

Compliance software group Citation bought PayCaptain, the UK's first B Corp-certified payroll provider, to add payroll to the HR and health and safety tools it sells to small businesses. It is Citation's second payroll purchase in a year.
