DexCare acquires Mila Health to extend its AI agents from scheduling to care coordination

DexCare, the patient access company spun out of Providence, bought Seattle-area Mila Health, whose AI agents call, text and chat with patients. It is DexCare's second acquisition, and terms were not disclosed.
