Greenhouse acquires Ezra AI Labs to bring voice AI interviews to early hiring screens

Ezra, founded in 2024, runs structured voice interviews that ask every candidate the same questions and score them against one rubric. Greenhouse will keep selling it as a standalone product, including to companies that use other hiring systems.
