OVHcloud acquires Paris voice AI startup Gladia in an all-share deal

Gladia co-founder and CEO Jean-Louis Quéguiner had previously worked at OVHcloud, and the French cloud provider paid for his speech-to-text company with about 1.8 million new shares rather than cash.
