SpaceX agrees to buy Cursor maker Anysphere in a $60 billion all-stock deal

SpaceX exercised an option it had secured in April, choosing a $60 billion all-stock purchase of the AI code editor's parent over a $10 billion partnership payment, about twice the valuation Cursor's investors set seven months earlier.
