Thermax takes control of industrial AI startup Exactspace for Rs 30.48 crore ($3.4M)

The Pune engineering group led Exactspace's seed round four years earlier; now it is lifting its stake from 15.17% to 51% in cash, with a right to buy the rest after three years.
