Ziptrrip buys travel marketplace HelloTravel in first acquisition, moving into MICE and leisure

The Mumbai corporate travel platform, which says it has handled more than 200,000 business trips, is buying a marketplace of 7,000 travel agents and tour operators to sell events, incentive trips and holidays.
