Smart Eye buys Swedish impairment-detection startup Sightic for SEK 60.5 million in shares

The Gothenburg driver-monitoring company is paying about $6.4 million in new stock, plus an earn-out of up to SEK 50 million, for a 20-person firm founded by a former police officer and a psychologist from Sweden's security service.
